Had a great experience here today! Booked a half spa day for the afternoon with a 50 minute treatment and light vegan lunch. Charlie on the front desk was so friendly and helpful, excellent customer service from him. The pool (water and room temperature) were both really nice and warm, area was clean and not over crowded. I did not try the hot tub or steam room (not my thing) but solarium was lovely and hot and clean with a nice fragrance. Treatment was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, my shoulders feel so much better and my skin is glowing. I did not get the lady’s name but all the girls in the spa were lovely. Showers could do with restocking on products and a few lockers were out of order but there are clearly marked so you can avoid. Overall a great experience and very good value for money!

We had a fantastic afternoon at the spa. The staff were friendly and the facilities were lovely. Afternoon Tea was traditional with a nice twist. Relaxing music throughout the place (including outside where the hot tub is). There was very reasonably priced drinks and DIY spa treatments available. I bought a Vitamin C face mask, which was delightful and elevated the experience. My only issues are that the mobile phone policy isn't enforced (no signs or verbal reminder at reception). People were using their phones and one couple looked like they were taking pictures of others, which made me feel uncomfortable. There were gaps and no locks in the shower cubicles. There were lots of small steps and uneven bits so not super access friendly, which I struggled with, but I appreciate sometimes this can't be helped. Overall, a fabulous experience and we will definitely visit again!

Came here for a half-day spa package. The pool is lovely and not too cold. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all amazing. The massage with Jo was so relaxing. The bento box at lunch was nicely presented and tasty. Complimentary hot drinks and juices with lunch. Some constructive comments - the changing rooms need looking into. The toilets were quite disgusting with the toilets blocked and toilet paper everywhere. I had to go through 4 lockers before finding one that actually worked and I wasn't able to get any help from reception as there were no female staff available. The service needs a little improvement as you feel slightly abandoned at lunch. Nice day overall.

The Harrogate Spa is poorly managed and reminds me of Fawlty Towers. The changing rooms and facilities are never cleaned properly, the gym equipment is lacking and there is always something not working whether it's the lockers, ice station, music or steam/ sauna rooms! Prices for a membership are outrageous at over £90 per month for full access. The indoor and outdoor jacuzzis are always filthy. If you're visiting Harrogate, I would try Rudding Park instead.

Booked a 2-hrs treatment, and it ended at least 15 minutes early. The treatment itself was only okay, the whole body massage focused on just a few body parts, unlike the whole body massage you would have expected. Also reserved an afternoon tea online and apparently it was forgotten and the kitchen just gave me whatever dessert that was left and they were insanely sugary. Overall, a bad experience, not worth the money.
