Carr Hall Castle

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and I booked again recently and each time my mind is blown away by how exquisitely beautiful the place is. Not only that , each year they seem to upgrade it. There is now a fully working sauna and steam room in the pool house which surpasses any gym I’ve ever been too. There are also chickens on the land and bee hives adding to the natural beauty. I can’t recommend this place enough. And I am sure I will be back next year!

Truly magical & unique. Last week we stayed at Carr Hall Castle for a Ruby Wedding celebration plus belated birthdays. Michael was so welcoming to us and Nikkie couldn’t be more friendly & helpful. So too were the groundsmen who were there if needed. The lavish interior was so beautiful but yet homely and comfortable. The pool/sauna/steam room was a luxurious addition plus the use of all the leisure facilities eg gym & hot tub. Booking a massage was another relaxing experience and the ability to have a grocery shop delivered and put away before we arrived was so convenient. The different outdoors seating areas, the walks and lake made it a wonderful sensory experience. The deer park, bee hives, hens and newly acquired goats are a must for animal lovers plus being able to take our dogs was a prerequisite for us having a dog needing regular medication. I cannot stress how peaceful the castle is, I for one have never slept better anywhere - even at home. Personally this is the first holiday home that I have never wanted to leave. I am a home bird but Carr Hall Castle felt like home to us. Thank you so much for your personal touch Nikkie, loved the hamper & bubbly plus knowing we could rely on you if needed. Absolutely outstanding!!! Never stayed anywhere as beautiful and so peaceful! The castle is beautifully designed inside and out, you can tell it has been lovingly designed with extra special touches! If your looking to celebrate a special birthday of event this is the place? the setting is stunning with everything so well thought out! The castle has indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym and games room, lots to keep people entertained! And also you can take you dog, the walks are beautiful round the castle, also a boating lake if you fancy being on the water! Anyway thank you again Carr Hall Castle for helping us create some amazing memories xxx

We had an amazing stay at Carr Hall Castle! The décor was absolutely stunning—every detail felt luxurious and unique. We especially loved the hot tub and swimming pool, which made the whole experience so relaxing. We couldn’t believe how close it is to Leeds, yet it felt like we were deep in the countryside. It was the perfect getaway spot and one we’d certainly visit again. Highly recommend!

Spent my birthday weekend here with the family and it was the best birthday I’ve had. There’s a special feel to this place. Very peaceful & luxurious. The pool & hot tub was the cherry on the cake. Lots of bathrooms, large kitchen and a lovely roaring fire. I also liked how you could connect your phone to the Sonos to play music anywhere in the property including the pool. I will hopefully be back now I’ve seen that they’ve also added a sauna and steam room to the facilities!
