Just had to say, I live quite close to this shop, been in several times and never been impressed. That is until today, there was a young man and an older lady in, never seen them before. But lady was extremely helpful and jolly ( not something you get in there very often) i had to return cause there was a problem with a lottery ticket, the lady asked his help,and between them they explained it to me and all was well. I left very happy. Well done you two.

Miserable staff. Went in acknowledged them with a pleasant Yorkshire ow do. Nothing but a grunt from them. Even when leaving not even a simple thanks. They need some training in pleasantries at the least.

Mccolls is situated at the beginning of Hornsea Burton Road among a group of other shop's, Mccolls.has everything one would require from daily papers to bread, tea coffee, biscuits sweets and a selection of frozen food's Mccolls also have a post office which is very useful as the nearest is at the other end of Hornsea the staff are very helpful and friendly well worth a visit

Gave one star as couldn’t give zero one! Shop needs a manager … bought Cravendale milk and got home to find out of date, many products on shelves are only just in date or out of date!

Amazing little shop, every time I go in the staff are helpful, the manager is very warm and welcoming, nothing is ever to much for him. Everything you need within a shop- post office aswell.
