Looks like the new owners have got rid of a lot people who have owned vans on there for years. And now can put there own vans on and charge a fortune.why settle for a few grand ground rent when you can charge £800 a week robbing gets.

It used to be a nice site. Doesn't feel family oriented now. A lot of owners have moved off or upgraded to a different site.

Too expensive ... But if you do decide to buy a caravan here be prepared to be ripped off in the future, especially when they ask to buy it back from you at a cheap rate price and then sell it on to someone for triple the amount they paid you .. or.. if you want to take it off the site you have to pay a disconnection fee and a fee for taking it off!! ... This is all a money making scam people beware.... We heard and know that lots of people had been taken for a ride over the years... Sad but true.

Nice static van park, only owners can access site. Good views of sea no access to the beach.
