Good value, all day play, child's hand is stamped so the child can return later in the day. Supervision - Adults are responsible for supervising their own children. Plenty of picnic style tables. No clear view of the whole floor due to the way the inflatables are positioned. Price - adults free, child £4 (all day, can go out and return). Accessibility - doors are open into the Amusement Arcade. One Toilet for all, which is also for the Disabled, no pull cord call for help. Car Park - Council Pay and Display near by, off road parking beyond the police station. Cafe - at the other end of the building, cooked to order and they will bring the food through to the Soft Play. Amusement Arcade - between the Cafe and Soft Play Area. Staff - friendly. Cleanliness and Temperature - generally clean, but could do with a deep clean. A little cold if not running around! Otherwise worth a visit. Toilet - one, also for disabled (no pull cord to call for help).
Great place for the kids, they loved it! However, the upstairs area (we were at a party) was freezing! Yes, it was January but a few wall mounted blow heaters would of been fab! A small refreshment stand for hot drinks would of gone down a treat. It would deffo put me of coming in the colder months again but we will be back when it's warmer!
My kids LOVE this place! Pay once for all day and you can leave and keep coming back as long as your wrist band stays on.
Decent way to kill a couple of hours with the kids. The toilet and seating area could do with a deep clean or spruce up. I didn't go on the actual inflatable park, but my children loved it. £7.95 is a decent price, too. I popped next door for some hot drinks for the adults - I'm not sure if that's allowed, but there was nowhere on site to get drinks - the place could really benefit from a small refreshments area.
Great value for money. Daughter and her friends had a great couple of hours.
