Hovingham Fireplaces recently installed a hearth and surround at our property in Sproxton. We are beyond delighted with the result. The fireplace looks superb and the level of craftsmanship in its fitting was outstanding. We can't praise every aspect of their service enough. They really made an extraordinary effort. We would describe ourselves as 'demanding' and 'difficult to please' but they far exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of work and customer service.

Hovingham Fireplaces have supplied and installed our new Stovax Huntingdon 40 stove. Exceptional level of knowledge and experience and the customer care getting it right for us was 2nd to none. Couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve received from Mark and Malcom. Thanks guys

Many thanks to Mark of Hovingham Fireplaces and Stoves for a superb job in fitting our lovely Riva 2 stove. Mark was extremely helpful in assisting us in our choice of the right stove for us and came to the house for a consultation and to check out the space in which our stove was to go. Within a very short while the work was carried out with total efficiency by Mark, and his colleague Bob Carver (Chimney Crete) who fitted the chimney liner and cowl. The work was carried out within the promised three days and each evening Mark left the house clean and tidy. We are thrilled with our stove and would highly recommend Hovingham Fireplaces and Stoves .

Highly recommend Hovingham Stoves. Mark took out our existing 1970’s fire and surround and fitted us a beautiful wood burner effect gas fire, granite hearth and superb plastering to finish it all off. We are thrilled with our new fireplace.

Mark has done a superb job of building us a wonderful brick fireplace, fitting our gas stove and installing a beam. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Thank you Mark we love it!!
