Unfortunately this is another Greggs where the staff do not know the difference between warm and hot when you ask if their steak beaks are hot. I want hot pastry not something that has sat there for 20 minutes.

The staff that was on this morning Saturday 19th July, want sacking!!!! They were more interested in chat with a non customer friend than serving paying customer, after standing there for a period of time I walked out and went elsewhere. Will never go back there again.
