A wonderful weekend spent here on the retreat, i met some lovely people and Zita's skills, insight, warmth and kindness was second to none. I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable, learning so much more about the practice and getting advice and support. Was sad to leave and will absolutely be visiting again, I couldn't recommend Zita highly enough - whether you are a starter to a seasoned yogi - you will certainly benefit from spending some time here. An absolute pleasure and a wonderful lady.

Wow. This is a really inspiring and rare look into fully living the yoga life and understanding what it all means and where it comes from. Zita is a fabulously knowledgeable teacher and has a big heart. Go with an open mind and an open heart and you never know what you might come away with, even if it’s just one thing or several elements of it. It’s really worth doing this to stop and take stock. It certainly helped me- I arrived feeling wired from work and a bit off kilter. At the end of the weekend I felt lighter and refreshed. Amazing company, amazing food and a comfortable space to be you x x

Wonderful place to learn yoga. Zita is very knowledgeable, and patient, and lets you learn at your own pace. She knows when to encourage you onto the next step, and I have learnt so much in a year. I would definitely recommend Zita Yoga to anyone, at any level, from beginner to advanced.

I’ve been taking a weekly class with Zita for nearly two years now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. [In normal, non-Covid times,] Zita has a beautiful studio and garden area, with a calming and welcoming atmosphere, and being there is relaxing and inspiring, in summer with beautiful views and in winter with candlelight. I started as complete beginner and I’ve learnt so much over my two years so far. Zita is highly-skilled at teaching all abilities, and I would recommend her classes for any level, beginner through to advanced. Zita is a fantastic teacher: encouraging, patient and inclusive, teaching you to listen to your body but also pushing you to strive and try new things. Zita is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, both in the world of yoga and also in physiology, physical health, and mental and physical wellbeing. She not only demonstrates and explains everything, but also explains WHY we do things and how they help us. Every lesson I go away having learnt something new and feeling empowered. Zita also has fab tips that can be transferred to everyday life and everyday physical issues, not just on the yoga mat. Zita’s class is one of the highlights of my week, and after class I feel calmer and more relaxed than at any other point during the week, so I find the classes hugely beneficial to mental as well as physical health.

Amazing place for a yoga retreat. The teacher is knowledgable, patient and very kind, warm and understanding. Classes were fun and challenging and food was absolutely delicious! Perfect location!
