Refused to refund a phone which they sold with a crack across the camera despite being within the returns policy window. Was asked by sales associate why it wasn’t brought back sooner - shocker - most of your customers do work also. Lad who wasn’t even working that day was left to deal with it while the manager and sales associate from that day hid in the back. Sales associate who sold the phone claimed it definitely didn’t have the crack in when it was bought. Became a game of he said/ she said. I may be a lot of things but a liar isn’t one of them, I was more frustrated that my integrity was compromised more than anything. Best they could do offer was for us to sell it back for store credit. I can almost 100% guarantee that even if the phone had been brought back the same day the result would have been the same. Breaking buyer protection laws all over the place. Just one of the many times buying a faulty item from them so nothing new, usually returns are smooth. Perhaps a strict screening /photographing policy needs to be put it place to prevent this scam from happening to other customers again. Maybe there was one in place but the staff don’t do it . Ended up taking business to cash converters were at least they don’t claim you to be a liar

Came in not knowing what to get my son for his birthday and the staff were great Crystal showed me some really good suggestions and helped me to find him the perfect gift 10/10
