I recently visited OneStop and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hamza, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I've always thought that the one-stop in Moldgreen was a well stocked shop, but do the staff let it down. I've just been in today & was served by a middle aged lady with a blonde ponytail. To be honest I'm disgusted, she never acknowledged me at all, no eye contact, no please or thankyou or hello. She carried on talking to her friend & totally ignored me. It'll put me off going in there in the future.
