It was a pleasure to shop at Majestic Wines in Huddersfield. A spacious, clean shop with easy parking outside and full of offers. It's on the ring-road but close enough to the town centre to pop down to on the train, as well. The quality wines were all well arranged and the staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Found an Italian wine I'd never seen outside of Italy which made my day! Thank you for your kind service today, Charlotte!

Sells a great variety of wines and a decent range of spirits, ports, sherries etc. Also beers and a few interesting snacks. Will deliver for free locally, also hires glasses if you're having a big do. Always has a few wines available for tasting and may have tasters for other things (last week it was mezcal). Parking available right outside.

I have just been in to Majestic Wine at Huddersfield for the first time to get friend a bottle of Peter Lehmann wine for her birthday and I fell in love with the shop and the service! I was very warmly welcomed by the lovely young girl as I entered the shop and I asked her if she could show me where the Peter Lehmann wine was. She checked on the computer to make sure that they had some and then took me right to it, chatting happily and knowledgeablely away to me. I got the exact bottle that I wanted and I also asked her advice on my favourite wine Pinot Griogio and on her help and advice I bought a few bottles of that too. She was such a lovely, helpful and friendly girl and she was also very knowledgeable. She signed me up so that I received special offers and so I would be able to check what I had previously bought, which was an excellent idea. The shop was very well presented and looked exciting. The lovely girl even put my wine bottles in a box and carried them to my car for me! Exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back!
