Really silly of me to not get the chap's name who helped me buy some walking shoes on Wednesday morning. Amazing customer service from him, helped me from checking my size to making sure I look at however many boots and shoes I needed. Couldn't be happier with the shoes he helped me choose, been on 4 hour walks the past two days and they were fantastic, felt lovely. Thank you to that man, a lot of shoe tips and advice that I'll keep in mind, I'm not the most sociable of people (im trying to be) and he was brilliant. Always love shopping at Go Outdoors. Would definitely reccomend.

Amazing customer service from Harry! Walked in, Harry straight away greeted and spent the time with us to get everything we needed for my sons residential. Such a lovely shop, had everything we needed. The morale was high and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Went here after failing to get anything like service at the Sheffield fox valley store (see our separate review). Were bit unsure with it being an express store so thought stock may be low. Well it was fine. Mark was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We bought a pair of shoes and sandals each and were very happy with the whole experience. Thanks

I recently bought a pair of Peter Storm Snowdon ll leather walking boots from the Go Outdoors Huddersfield store, friendly service with a smile by Steph and colleagues...boots are very comfortable and the price (especially for leather) absolutely amazing.

Absolute disgrace, went to purchase item at the full ticket price, but they wanted to charge an extra £5 at the till for a cash purchase. Then when you question it and advise that it’s deceptive they then threaten to call the police. Absolutely incredible, never ever seen anything like it!!!!
