Orderes through uber, missed nearly all the order, mix chicken up with pork. This is why you guys work at iceland because your all that simple you cant pick up items from a freezer and bag em right

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery service this time - booked same day delivery for 230-430. Message saying it would arrive 406pm, it never came so i rang and they said they’d come back 7-9 pm - again they never showed and I was told my order was back in store when I rang . So they never even attempt second delivery . Another delivery was arranged for next day 5-7, I had no message or email so I rang and he said I’ll pick it now and send it - it arrived at 6pm with few items missing and I’d paid for same delivery which I never got. No apology made and my food crammed in 3 bags, charged for 5 and thrown in through the door by the driver - will not use online service again. This is the third time recently I’ve had a fault with them

DO NOT ORDER. Poor delivery service. Wrong items delivered on the last 2-3 occasions. Poor attitude from store. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Their attitude is like ice, no compassion or willingness to resolve their mistakes. 1/10.

Never going to icelands again! Where waiting for missing items to arrive after being on the phone for a long time then nothing turned up days later still trying to get a refund and no refund still. Rang just now and told its 72hrs for refund after nobody telling us for days. Absolutely Disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Would give 0 if I could. Changed 40% of my order to foods I’m allergic too and cannot eat. When called to ask what to do I received verbal abusive from the store manager. Sorry you don’t seem to care about the safety of your customers even when they spend a lot of money. Never shopping here again.
