Online delivery...£181...delivered w hours late and then delivered a fraction of the order then haven't responded since...the numbers absolutely useless... rang the 0800 number and they're struggling to get through to this store... I'm absolutely livid

Wanted to pick a couple of bits up and the doors were locked and no staff around. This was at 20:20pm the times say it closes at 9pm. This is not the first time it has happened. Will not be using this store again.

Unacceptable Behaviour from Staff – Very Disappointing Experience nothern retail park Huddersfield. As a delivery driver collecting an order on behalf of a customer, I visited The Food Warehouse expecting a straightforward handover. When I approached the staff member handling deliveries to provide the customer’s name and order number as I assumed she was not mystic Meg , I was met with an unnecessarily rude and abrupt response. In front of 6–7 other customers near the checkouts, she raised her voice and said, “We’re busy. You’ll have to wait. I don’t know how long it’s going to be – it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” All I wanted to do was give the details of the order like we supposed to do and then wait for it! I remained calm, said I would cancel the order after she went doo- lally for no apparent reason and began to walk away. Shockingly, she shouted after me, demanding I return – which I chose to ignore, given how unprofessional and unstable her behaviour she seemed mentally unstable. I have since reported the incident to head office and submitted a formal Subject Access Request for the in-store CCTV/audio, as I intend to pursue this further through the proper legal channels.

Great store for frozen food, and some good multi-buy deals too. This place is basically Iceland with lots of non-frozen items available too.
