All I wanted to do was download windows onto a pen drive so I could fix my PC, but not allowed to download stuff. She could have said "stick it in my computer and tell me the link". I don't think she even understood what I meant.
there lucky to get a star, lost my busspass and took all the forms in i needed to n a woman who must of only been around 16 said I needed another doctors note, which I already had, but still wanted me to go spend another 20quid on another 1,,, wasn't helpfull at all, won't be going bk in there, and when i did go in there woz all zombies falling asleep at the tables, I wudnt take kids in there,,,

Such a lovely library, staff are always friendly, extremely helpful and do all they can to help. Shame about the lack of opening hours but grateful it’s still open. I know myself and many others would be lost without it!!
