Crazy kids

What a lovely place to take the kids to and so affordable. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. I like the fact that it is a family run business. We had 2 autistic kids with us and the staff were really accommodating and helpful. For example, one of the kids with us was getting quite unsettled once it became very busy and one of the ladies who works there asked us if we'd like to take him into a quieter room and it really helped him to calm down and he came back to eat his pizza and chips. They also offered to serve the food to our kids first and asked if we would like to eat with everyone else and santa or somewhere a bit more quiet which I thought was really thoughtful. The staff are all amazing and very good at helping mine and my friends autistic sons feel as comfortable as possible so that they could have a nice time. Me and my friends all enjoyed the food and could not believe how cheap it is to eat and drink there. The staff are all ace and we loved chatting to them and having a good laugh. The Santa was great and again very professional and friendly. I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for your lovely hospitality.

I highly recommend Crazy Kids Soft Play for a birthday party or any children's event. The combination of a fantastic play area, attentive staff, cleanliness make it an ideal choice for an unforgettable celebration. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time, and I couldn't have asked for a better party venue. Thank you, Crazy Kids Soft Play, for making my daughter's birthday party truly special!

Nice and clean play area, both boys had a great time. It Wasn’t to busy for the school holidays. Drinks weren’t to expensive for a soft play centre.

The ONLY reason i used this place is because its near where i live. Multiple reasons as to why i dont like this place and have stated many times to staff and in reviews as to why i wont use this place anymore, mainly hygiene and what you get for your money is a joke. and why they have lost a customer for good is because you dont stand talking about a customer while they are in the building and can potentially hear you clearly your staff have facebook searched my profile from my previous review im not stupid i know how these things work. And then to ask me about my review and to try and invalidate my review by stating there other cheaper soft plays i can use...wow. You want to charge almost £10 to enter, before before buying food or drinks then i suggest the owner needs to be putting money back into the business, the whole place needs a revamp. Its disgusting inside, things are broken (ball swing) rips in soft play taped up... its a joke. You have to put money back into your business if you expect people to put money into it for you to live your lavish lifestyle. Also the food is all basic frozen stuff that just gets dropped into a deep fat fryer... HALF of a 99p pizza for a kids meal, not even one of them small circle ones, its laughable.
