We visited this soft play today while we were already in the arcades and the children wanted to give it a go. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. Entry was very expensive, especially considering there are no prices displayed anywhere beforehand, so you don’t actually know what you’re being charged until you’ve paid. Once inside, the children were happy enough, but the soft play area itself is very small and certainly not worth the high entry price, especially as it appears to be one of the most expensive soft play areas around. We then ordered food and coffee, again with no prices displayed. The coffee ended up costing far more than expected, but without prices visible it’s impossible to know whether you’re being charged correctly. The food was poor quality and extremely overpriced. The children had sausage sandwiches, the bread was dry with no butter, and the sausages were very low quality. Most of it was left uneaten. My friend and I shared nachos, which were around £6.99. They came with a very small amount of cheese sauce, a few jalapeños, and two tiny tubs of sour cream and salsa. There were plenty of tortilla chips but nowhere near enough sauce to go with them. When we asked for extra sauce, we were told we would be charged, which felt unreasonable given how little was provided in the first place. Overall, it’s far too expensive for what is offered. The lack of clear pricing, small play area, and poor quality food make it very hard to recommend, especially for families.

Organised for a SEN group of children to attend as a Christmas activity. Staff very accommodating, welcoming and made the visit seamless. The facility was nice and clean and most importantly the children were made to feel very welcome and had a great time. Super happy to recommend.

Very nice people the price was great and I had a Cruz campo and espresso martini both were incredible would highly recommend. The server Dylan M and Lewis B went out of there way to make my experience the best possible ensuring I had a great time at this establishment. Therefore would highly recommend to anyone coming here.

We only visited as some family were meeting for a birthday. The kids seemed to have a great time. The pricing left more to be desired. £1 for adults is fair enough, but to charge £2 for a 3-week-old child is a bit much. At that age, they aren't independent and will most definitely not make use of any equipment.
