I understand now why this place has such terrible reviews. I made it known I find things difficult and challenging to handle because I’m autistic and have other mental issues and literally the first thing the judge said to me is they “can’t see it” saying I look “normal”. What an absolutely disgusting and ridiculous thing to say to someone with Autism! Do these Judges get their licenses off the back of Kellogg’s cereal boxes or something?!
When a Disabled man is murdered And robbery Should not be given only 10years for manslaughter. Which is difficulting When poor man was punch too death They got lease 15 to 20 year
A nice building, but the acoustics in the courtoom are appalling, I was unable to make out a work the lawyers or the judge said, and had to be given a summary by a police officer who had been working on the case. Still, a good result and Polly Ledger behind bars, where she belongs.
Every time I have called for advice ( even though they are unable to give actual legal advice) the staff are very helpful and extremely patient. Thank you ladies, you made my experience easier.
I was in court representing myself , having being a victim of serious domestic violence, my children have even witnesses it ,I was forced to face him in court , without a screen , even after explaining what has happened, Clerk response was not a special measure case, in the past they always allowed it , today was like no , if only the knew what I gone through and having to live with it ,
