Was expecting the worst however, clean premises and cheery staff. Outcome was fair.
I think it was atrocious. I got there at 9:40 as they told to come in before 10 but when i turned up they didn’t give me a time and told me to sit down. It got to around 12:15 and there was only 4 people. Instead of just getting everyone through and done they wanted a lunch break. Now its half past to and I’ve been in here for 4 and half hours yet they still refuse to tell me when ill be next. I think this is poor especially when Ive traveled to hull early in the morning. Now i have missed work because of this. Personally the staff don’t seem to care. All they did was speak to each other the whole time as i kept hearing them laughing and when someone asked about anything they would be extremely rude.
The worst day of 2020! I don’t think they are there in your best interest, especially the free solicitor. it’s like she works there to force innocent people into pleading guilty “ because it would be the best things to do “ to avoid further prosecution.. All they cared about was finishing up, get paid and going home. You could tell as soon as you walked into the room that they was interested and they had already made up their minds. Without a care in the world. They was basically laughing at me in the room and they don’t know how this could effect that me mentally. It wasn’t fair in my eyes. Thankfully my mother raised me to be a strong person and see the good in things to always keeping fighting as I will be doing!
Karl in the payments team was fantastic and really helped me out when a debt collection agency broke the law and tried modern day extortion!! Always worth calling for the correct advice! Fine I was £1200 now £100.00
Was called in at 10am it's past 2pm and they still haven't called me in. Also when u called yesterday I was told to arrive early it's first come first serve. Only to be told something different today by the usher. A complete shambles. Plus my trial will take 10 mins max while the only other trial has taken over four hours, complete shambles!!!!
