Ordered mini FLUFFY pancakes and received a rather sad undercooked flat pancakes that weren’t edible. Photos attached. Rang the store and the girl elisa was rather rude and dismissive. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star!
I went with my husband and three grandchildren today. So very disappointed not been for a long time so was really looking forward to it. I got myself an Ice-cream which was bought in something you would put tomatoe sauce in so small was disgusted would not order again. My husbands coffee was very weak tasting and he is a coffee drinker. My Grandaughters got a cookie dough based pudding each again very small for the price that was paid. The toilets were not a nice experience, toilet seat was not appropriately fitted. The toilet roll holder rusty, floors and skirting boards dusty and dirty. Would certainly not go back or recommend the place to anyone.
This place was so nice I have ordered from this place before and today I ordered from here so I rang staff to ask them a question. A person called Firoz answered he was so polite and patient with us despite it was a bit late-please someone give this man a raise. And if your reading this eat from here the foods so good.
Not been for a while and won't be back. Four of us, each with 15 minutes wait between each order. For nearly £10 a dessert, you'd expert fresh... stale brownie pieces, terrible mulchy ice cream whip, cold stale-like waffle... really not good. Pretty sure the staff knew something was wrong with the icecream topping too, but still served it.
Will definitely not be returning here shocking service waiting 50 mins for our deserts which came cold and all at different times, we had waited nearly an hour for our last item So requested our money bag and left. After 40 mins waiting, They said we hadn’t paid enough for one of the items and requested £2 extra which I paid and then once I asked for the receipt it turned out I had already paid the correct amount for it! They honestly had no clue really disappointed
