We ordered and they told us 2 hours which was to be expected on New Year’s Eve however after 2 and a half hours we called for an update as it hadn’t arrived. They apologised and told us it would be another 25 minutes. We waited 40 minutes longer and still no delivery so I called again. The lady that answered I couldn’t understand a world she said. All I could hear was screaming and shouting in the back ground. It sounded like a night club. She repeatedly asked my address and postcode. Eventually after passing me to someone else they understood my address and told me 10 minutes more my son is on his way with your food. Another 25 minutes passed by before the food came. When it came I questioned the driver (The owners son) he was quite rude and just said it’s not his business he just works there. The chips arrived cold, the rice was lukewarm warm, naan bread lukewarm. Curry was still relatively warm and enjoyable. However absolutely horrendous experience and we would never order from here again. Had the order not taken so long in the first place I would have sent it back due to having to warm up some of the food. So disappointed with the whole experience and not an experience I wish to repeat.
Friendly service, the wait for the mains felt like forever but it was delicious. Table nearby ruined the experience of eating a meal calmly and peacefully due to their very loud manner of speaking.

I have only visited Chilli Restaurant twice 'the second time I just had to take my wife as I new she would love it. Not just the food but the service and the warmth you receive, just lovely.
Have ordered takeaway from here for years, always been beautiful. However this time it was awful. Hardly any meat, prawns overcooked, sauce bland & had a disinfectant taste. Won't be ordering from here again afraid.
