Definitely one of the best restaurants in the UK serving quality food with great taste and flavours. It's different than traditional Indian restaurants you would find elsewhere. The restaurant specializes in Bangladeshi cousine. It has a cozy environment and warm staffs. The foods were great. We tried several starters, mains and deserts. All were true to the Bengali tastes with a British twist. Personally I would recommend papri chat and fuchka as starters (two of the most famous Bengali street foods). For mains, you can try Railway Lamb curry, King Prawn or the Kacchi Biriyani. I didn't get any Kacchi biriyani outside Bangladesh at this quality. For deserts, you can try traditional bengali sweets like Rosomalai (made with milk, Cheese Curds) - a must try; or Gulab Jamun (a traditional Indian sweet). The coconut ice-cream was great too. For drinks - we tried Mango lassi, and cocktails. The mango lassi, made with Mango pulps, was great in flavours and soothing at the same time. In a nutshell, Curryish was definitely one of the best Indian restaurants we ever tried in the UK. If you happen to be in or around Hull, this is a place you can look for to enjoy some great flavours. Enjoy!

As a South Asian myself, I've found it hard to find good, authentic Indian cuisine in Hull, so I was pleasantly surprised once I've tasted the food here and was absolutely blown away as to how authentic and delicious it tasted! The atmosphere was amazing, and so was the music along with the staff, they were extremely helpful and polite! I cannot say enough about the food, you need to try for yourself, or else you'd be missing out. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely come here again and again.
