We decided to order dope dough last night. We got the 20" pig with added brisket plus just a tub of brisket coz I looovee brisket. Only the 2nd time having dope dough and it was just as good as the first time which was when it first opened. We went in to order and the service was great, staff were friendly and very clean. There hands were cleaned after every step. And the food was delicious. We will also but eating it tonight as of course we have left over pizza and brisket :)
One of the best places in Hull to get a pizza they are spot on and we all like them 😋 well done been many times and always great 👍 if you go make sure you get the dope eats app as they often have buy one get on free which makes it great value as well. Would recommend to try to if you not been yet
Appalling service, false advertisement on gluten free pizzas. Ordered a 12” gluten free pizza which wasn’t even 10”. Absolute joke considering you have to pay an uplift for a gluten free base in the first place for it to then arrive and be half the size it should be, sliding around in the correct size box! I contacted the restaurant showing images and just got ignored. This chain is quickly growing into only caring about greed and profit rather than the quality of their product.
Really disappointed with my experience at Dope Dough. I ordered ahead for collection, but when I arrived, they hadn’t even started cooking the pizza—what’s the point of pre-ordering if you’re left waiting anyway? I also got a mint milkshake, which was honestly undrinkable. The syrup wasn’t even mixed in properly—just sitting at the bottom. To top it off, I paid an extra £2 for olives, and the amount I got was laughable. Definitely not worth the money I paid for this “topping” To be fair, the pizza did taste good, but the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. The only reason it felt remotely justifiable was because of the buy one get one free offer.
Waited 4 hours for an order that didn’t turn up. Rang multiple times after waiting g 2 hours, my order wasn’t made. Got an apology and said they’d throw in a couple of drinks, another 2 hours go by, still no food. What a joke. Never again
