Very good food, very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Everything looks fresh, but there should be more varieties of food, as the price is very high. There are choices of beef, chicken, pork and seafood. However, it’s not a lot. For example, there are only 2 types of chicken (plain and seasoned), two types of pork (plain and seasoned) and beef. In seafood/fish too, the selection is limited as only prawns and squid. Some nice salmon/sea bass would be a good bonus. In cooked food options, the food quality is good and tasty, but again we felt more choices would make it better. We have eaten Korean BBQ in Birmingham and Leeds, and at same/similar prices, those restaurants have much more varieties of food in both raw meat/seafood/vegetables as well as in cooked food sections. This place is definitely worth a try, as it’s nice to have a Korean restaurant in Hull, but I would go back if perhaps there’s more food added to the buffet in future.
Lovely place. It's £33 per person but the food is worth it. If you'd like to try Korean Beer, that's around £6.50. Kpop music plays in the background (like Stray Kids, ATEEV etc) and staff are super nice and helpful. 100% returning back
Went here today with my daughter. Never been before, but will certainly go again. The owner, a very chatty and pleasant lady talked us through what to do. We got a selection of meat and seafood, popped them on our grill and went back to get the dipping sauces and a plate of precooked food. We ate the pre cooked food while our raw meats cooked. Omg. The flavours were amazing. We tried everything, even the soup. Everything was first class. The owner was so friendly, we chatted about the food and our love of Scotland. Highly recommend giving this place a go. Free parking at the rear too
We visited KBBQ to celebrate my partners new job and we enjoyed it so much. The food was incredible, seasoned to perfection, we especially couldn’t get enough of the sweet beef, it just melts in your mouth. The kimchi fried rice was also a favourite of ours, my partner even said he thinks it’s the best rice he’s ever had. There was plenty to choose from, with over 15 different meats/seafood and a range of sides including sushi which was a fan favourite for my partner. The soju passion fruit cocktail was unreal, it was so tasty and somewhat dangerous as you didn’t taste the alcohol it was made so well! We shared a bottle of the grape soju and that went down a treat. The lady who served us was so sweet and attentive. She taught us the best way to use the grill and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a really lovely conversation about her trips to Korea and her inspiration for the restaurant. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!❤️
Very helpful staff, light hearted and fun. Food was fresh and freshly cooked. Raw meat was fresh and laid back atmosphere and layout. How to cook the meat, fush and veg explained by staff. Meat cut thin for a reason ...easier to cook. Plenty of choice both self cook and freshly cooked in trays. Dessert was different choice wise but tasty. Would we go again...we definitely will be
