Just had a fantastic, delicious meal at Shiri's - the first time I@ve been there. Dan was really friendly and helpful, with lots of useful information about the dishes and some excellent suggestions. I'll definitely be back - recommended!
Absolutely stunning. The service provided was above and beyond. Attentive at all times. We was even introduced to the chef. Food was delicious. My partner had the lamb Madras and said it was so tender she will be swapping lamb for chicken every time moving forward. Would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.
Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Shiris Indian in Hull completely blew us away — hands down one of the finest Indian dining experiences I’ve had anywhere. You can really tell the head chef is ex-Dishoom; the quality, flavour, and presentation of every dish was exceptional. Everything from the starters to the mains was packed with vibrant, authentic taste, elevated by that unmistakable Dishoom finesse. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was the incredible hospitality from Dan Ahmed. What an absolute gem of a host — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our entire meal. He made us feel so well looked after and turned what was already a great meal into a night to remember. Can’t wait to come back. Hull is lucky to have a place like this!
Party of 3 booked for 6pm. Venue was quiet but an hour and a half later it was almost full. Great food, staff very friendly and great price. Clearly very popular with a takeaway option. No alcohol licence but that didn't detract from a great meal. Will definitely be visiting again.
I honestly have never left a review something before. Just been for a staff meal. It was beautiful. Some of the best curries iv ever tasted. Also very accommodating to a big table and food was served super fast.
