Rachel was absolutely amazing and welcoming she couldnt have done enough. We usually take out but decided to eat in and Rachel couldnt have been any more accommodating. She made a long day at work so much easier
My husband and I went into Wendy's for a late dinner and our server Rachel was so lovely. She brought our food to our table for us which being heavily pregnant I really appreciated. She was also really chatty with us when she took out tray away. Can't rate her service highly enough. Great experience and great food
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing there was some amazing customers service, Rachel was the most amazing staff member ever, thanks to her I got my food on time and was soo helpful!
Venue was empty due to weather conditions and time of visit. Member of staff was really friendly. The standard skin on chips were amazing! Chicken burger mediocre at best.... but probably should have ordered a beef burger... as this is their speciality! Bit pricey at £29 for 3 Chicken burgers, 3 fries and 3 soft drinks. It served it purpose as a drive home meal.
A nice change from other well known fast food outlets. However, a bit pricier. My American wife tells me that the food is identical to the US in terms of taste. Hope Wendy's can survive since it always seems empty when we visit. It's nice to have a choice and they do give a very authentic taste of the USA 🇺🇸🇺🇲
