Vegans be warned, then ordering at the machines and you select Vegan box - you have the deselect the egg...which is bizzare, because when you select a vegan option it should be vegan by default. Dare to think how many vegans got the egg in their meal. Positives: decent amount of food for the price. Nice sturdy forks. Negatives: Food is very salty ( I love salty foods, but even for me it was a bit of an challenge). No napkins provided, had to ask for them. Not sure if this is normal or they simply forgot and it is a one off. Overall: just a regular fast food place. Decent amount of food, but very salty.
All three of the boxes we ordered were either flavourless or just tasted generically spicy. The only reasonable things were the prawns spring rolls and the prawns. It’s also shockingly loud given how small the store is.
I love wok and go. Their spring rolls have some kinda crack in them that makes me just keep coming back. Without fail I get the combo box (no chicken or shrimp because I love pork and beef too much) n they’re always so sound as people and quick with the order. Love Krispy Kreme girl❤️ Edit : they have recently changed their spring rolls from the beautiful curry filled ones to slightly more generic ones but they’re still good all the same!
Unbelievably rude and unprofessional assistant manager, who was very unhelpful and insted on making no adaptions whatsoever for food intolerances. What happened to this place honestly, it's like they don't want customers here. Simply shocking and the worse service, blatantly arrogant and deliberately difficult behaviour I've experienced in Hull.
Ordered Padthai and Mixed. Padthai was delicious as I am Thai, and I am not disappointed at all. My husband and I love hot box as well it has a lot of favour and the spice is just perfect.
