I would rate the food but still not recieved anything 2 and a half hours after placing the order. I phoned and was told it was out for delivery 1 hour later still nothing. The person on the phone just wasnt interested at all, constantly being fobbed off. Honestly will never be ordering from here again, if you know your going to be busy on xmas eve make sure you have the staff and drivers.
ridiculous, waited 2 hours for food. can't get through to restaurant to ask for ETA. food now arrived all cold and a full meal missing. can't even offer full refund only give a quarter of a refund back. DO NOT RECOMMEND AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. this place needs shutting down.
Waited an hour 25 minutes to receive soggy chips, soggy chilli pepper chips, soggy sticky noodles and tasteless satay. 35 pound order through just eat wasted as not enjoyed at all. Only OK thing was the seaweed. Won't order again for that price
Ordered on uber, 15 minutes later lucky star phoned after more money, when I said no, they put the phone down and cancelled the order.
Food is bang on never disappoints, staff are lovely, to sit in isn't the best atmosphere, but sat at home watching love island goes hand in hand with some scran from here
