I used this place all the time but never again I always get dona meat and chips and was enough to feed 2 but after a 12 hour shift I thought I would order the same as I always get what came was a luke warm child portion if I was not starving I would have sent it back i will never order from here again this cost me £10 what a waste of money I gt a pile of chips and a small amount of kebab meat and this must have been the last bits of the spit again I will never use this place again and advise people to think again before using terrib
Disappointing, the first takeaway I got from here was beautiful.. see photos. Tonight I ordered food and after an hour I rang and checked because I hadn't received it. I'm a cool gal, I know the score, I gave my address and checked they had my order. They confirmed, I said okay, no rush, waited another 40 minutes. Their website has been faulty for months, nobody contacted me to say I was down for collection only as the delivery option wasn't working. Also I could only choose the cash only option so they phoned me.. "your order is ready for collection". I said it was for delivery, they said "all the drivers have gone home now, can't you collect? I said I'd had an alcoholic drink. They said "wait is it Kingswood? (4 mins away), hold the line"... talks to all the people who had gone home, comes back to me to confirm noone can deliver, "do you want me to cancel your order?" Well I guess so!! 2 hours later 😔 Food Express is way better guys. I'm wasting away here.. forced into training for Britain's Next Top Model !
Bad food. Terrible customer service. Mucky looking staff and kitchen. Edit: Tried again today enroute home from pub because I'd had a good drink. Asked and paid for a double burger. Recieved a single. Still shite
Amazing food, always use this place, food is fresh and tastes delicious! Won’t go anywhere else. Food always arrives in quick delivery time and hot. Keep up the good work guys!
The chicken that I ordered it was all burned it was bad and had no taste I won't order there again
