Absolutely awful experience. I ordered chicken kebabs and instead received dry, sliced chicken that was completely inedible. Parts of it were so hard and overcooked that I genuinely had to check it was even chicken. This was not what I ordered at all. I contacted them to complain and requested a refund, but was bluntly told nothing could be done to resolve the issue. No apology, no replacement, no accountability. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY.

Was my favourite takeaway until the lt sent me the wrong stuff 3 times in a row if people look at cheese burger box meal you will see this isn’t it and can’t call restaurant so thumbs down always now

Usually spot on from here, it was an hour late, barely warm and my chicken was more like jelly. And all I got from the smelly delivery driver was “rush hour traffic bro, order from somewhere closer if you don’t like it” £30 for it literally to go in the bin, won’t be ordering from here again. Absolutely shocking!

took two hours just for driver to inform us the food was from a different takeaway (one closer to us?) food was cold and the margarita was spicy meaning my children couldn’t eat it after waiting n staying up late to wait for it. garlic sauce was also disgusting

Absolutely horrendous. Food arrived all cold, they'd sent the wrong drink and when asked why just responded with 'there wasn't the one you wanted so we sent that'. When I called about the food being cold they were insinuating that we were lying saying it was made and delivered within 8 minutes. The food wasn't even warm it was cold. I used to be a takeaway driver and i know food cannot be that cold in that short time. Onion rings were undercooked. Chicken kebab was burnt and dry. They told us we were lying yet when we said the delivery driver has literally just this second left tell him to come back and feel it or bring the food back we was just passed person to person and all 3 of then were just very rude. No effort to a solution, just continuing to respond with 'it was delivered in 8 minutes if its cold you'll get food poisoning won't you'. Purely rude and awful. Would not recommend at all. Will not be returning, we was loyal and regular customers until the last 2 experiences were like this. Can see it being shut down in the near future. Worst service and most rude staff I have ever experienced. Abysmal. Had to bin the food and spend more money elsewhere. Highly reccoment pizza night, great food and polite staff. Welcoming not rude. Shout out pizza nighttt! And delivery driver polite and on time!
