Pre paid. To save some money. Don't think I did. Prepaid.. have to go to floor 4 or above. Got to floor 4...and parked next to stairs/lifts. Seemed perfect. Found lifts not working... and clearly havent for years!!! And will never again! If I had known this... I would have parked elsewhere. In the carpark... huge curbs... so could see some people smashing up their alloys. No security guards anywhere. There are some CCTV cameras. Reasonable prices though. Clean and car intact when I went back after a day. So... all in all... a decent covered carpark.
Good location for the museums and opposite the minister but you have to park 4 floors or above up and the lifts are not in operation which is not clear at all when you arrive. The parking tariff is about average I think (we paid £5.50 for 4 hrs) but given the floors of empty spaces below the fourth its a wonder why they reserve so many for those with permits and even more baffling that they do not provide accessibility for those with limited mobility. They must have some blue badge spaces on the ground floor but we didn't see any and the pay machine isn't well signposted.
Fantastic value 24 hours for £2.90. Been using this place for over 2 years now. Easy to book online. Parking from level 4 for online bookings. Usually book an hour before we go out and never had an issue. On the negative side the spaces are not very large I'm lucky I have a small car. Also there is an ongoing issue with the lifts which not good for people who are disabled or young families. Overall pleased with the parking as it suits me.
Appalling!! First 4 floors reserved, WHY? Lifts not working and haven't been for years by the looks. Only way in or out on tatty dirty stairs. We went there to visit the Minster as elderly and part disabled. Dreadful experience that should not be open!
Very large and good position for central hull very very easy to use with camera recognition of in and out .
