Paid £1.50 for the evening ticket and received a £100 parking fine through my door. Machine wasn’t working properly took me at least 20 minutes for the machine to actually approve my payment and give me my ticket!! Do not park here.
Paid for parking, got a parking ticket and tried 3 times to message them with no response. I ended up sending a written letter after not receiving a response in the time they gave and my response was it’s been sent to the debt collection department after no payment was made. I’m not paying a parking ticket when I have paid for the parking. The website is awful and crashes, and it’s incredibly difficult to contact them.
Paid the charge for evenings- 3 attempts before I got a ticket. Never noticed the exact amount as you press the evening button. Got the ÂŁ100 fine as apparently I only paid for one hour not the evening rate. My brother in law arrived separately the same evening and also ended up with the fine. The machine is giving out the wrong ticket but my appeal was rejected.
Paid correct fee of ÂŁ1.59 for evening rate. Received ÂŁ100 fine for not buying the correct ticket. DO NOT PARK HERE.
