You have to download a car parking app and register your car - enter card details and time you want to book . Once you have done this it is super easy next time you need to park as your details are already in with your car registration. Impressive nonetheless- complicated app

Drove to St Stephens after tea time as it would be quieter, especially to get clothing on second floor. I got there and the moving escalator was closed and blocked off with a big gate. Shop floor Staff said it was not due to be shut until 10pm, it was 8:45pm! So he contacted manager. I was taken to rear lift, which was also blocked off. He moved the blockade and let me go upstairs. When I got up there a cleaner staff told me it was closed, I had to inform them I had been authorised to be there. When I finished getting the clothes and went down in the lift, I was blocked from getting out of the lift by a huge plastic restriction gate and signs, which I had to manhandle out of the way to simply to escape from the lift - luckily there was no fire! This place has a communication issue amongst its staff and the public. It wasn't labelled as closed, but was blocked off anyway and staff didn't know why.

Well priced and not a far walk from hull new theatre.

Was good plenty of spaces but machine not working so had to do parking ticket on line but was simple to do
