I am very disappointed after ordering an item online and Nisa has a contract to receive deliveries for collection for customers. Brilliant I thought, makes it much easier for me to collect after work. WRONG!!!! I waited 5 days for delivery. I called into the shop to collect my item to be told it had not been delivered. I then get an email a day later to say that it had been refused by the manager in the shop!!!!! There was no contact number to contact the manager at the shop. I will be calling in to ask why it was refused when there was clearly parcels behind the counter waiting for customers to collect. Should my postage and packing not be refunded I will be expecting the management at Nisa to pay it. If they refuse deliveries then they should not have contract. Waste of my time, my effort, my petrol getting there, for a shop that clearly has no interest in customer care.
