The lady that served me today was very rude and miserable.

Very busy at first attempt and couldn't wait so couldn't tell how quickly the queue went down. The 2nd attempt wasn't as bad.
Stopped doing Deposit Envelopes - now have to queue plus to easy to get Fined for using Car Park!
