HEY Credit Union

I called to change my address with intent to start using an account I have not used since opening and Patrick was extremely helpful and friendly. It makes such a refreshing change to deal with an organisation that has heart and is not faceless and transactional. It has given me so much faith that humanity still exists! All staff here are absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Especially Jo Wilson who has supported and gone to extreme lengths to help me with an issue I had. She remained in regular contact and remained genuine. Thank you so so much

Credit union has helped me many times they do give loans to people on benefits. The staff are very helpful and friendly I have been a loyal customer for many years and I wouldn't change this bank for eny other .

You can't go wrong with their service. Xmas saving plus my savings with them has been the best place so far compared to the high Street bank.

These where great gave me the chance to consolidate bills into one manageable payment when a bank wouldn’t give me the time of day they actually look at your income and expenditure rather than just a credit score that doesn’t tell a full story. I can now move on with life without worrying about paying crazy interest on credit cards etc Thanks a lot credit union 😊
