I had a meeting regarding my business account and requested assistance from Mr. Callum. I understand that he is not part of the Business Department; however, his unwilling attitude to help and his rudeness caught my attention. I do not believe this reflects the level of service expected from HSBC. As a Customer Service Consultant, my personal experience with Callum was disappointing. I have no issues with the bank itself — the business team is excellent. I simply wanted to share my experience. Thank you.

I visited HSBC yesterday to discuss some updates to my account and a few other financial enquiries. I spoke with Samantha, who handled all my questions quickly and professionally. I was genuinely impressed with her service and her overall manner. An amazing person to deal with.

All the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Debbie Furniss, who went above and beyond to assist me. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression. The registration process was also very quick and straightforward, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their service.

Whenever I go to HSBC Hull Branch, I feel that I am treated as a very valued customer to them. I went there last week to open new Fixed Rate Saver and Regular Saver accounts. A member of staff called Andy was extremely helpful. He guided me how to do these things with my Mobile App, step by step, as I had always accessed my HSBC accounts online with my lap-top computer. He was very friendly as well as professional. As always, I was very satisfied with the quality of services HSBC kindly provided.

I could not recommend Sophie from HSBC enough! She swiftly helped me with my initial query (changing the name on my account as I had just got married), helped me open a savings account with a better interest rate, and topped it all off with a lovely cup of coffee! Excellent customer service, with a smile!
