I deposited a large amount of money into this machine and it took the money and broke directly afterwards. The envelope flap kept opening and I feared that my money would come back out at some point into someone else’s possession. I was assured this wouldn’t happen and after 3 vey anxious calls was told someone would contact me to rectify it. Waited all day for call no one rang. Money still not deposited into account and now having to take time off work to physically go into the branch.
