The staff here are fantastic, the first bank that was willing to help me get an account, with some actual people skills

Absolutely ridiculous, not enough staff, closed every day at 3pm no thought for people in work. Wouldn't recommend.

Impossible to get bank statements from previous years if you have closed your account with this bank. Takes the staff weeks if not months to get the correct ones delivered and constant problems! In desperate need of old bank statements and has taken months and months to get hold of all the ones needed!

Staff are unhelpful and provide contradictory information depending on who you speak to. I would go as far as saying that the person we spoke to today was almost arrogant in her attitude. Took a day off work in order to go in for an appointment which was a complete waste of time and will now have to make a third visit to sort out account details. Other banks and building societies offer a much friendlier and efficient service. I certainly would avoid opening any accounts here.
