Great bank for services and nice helpful staff. Only thing is, hardly any branches left in my area and if you work for a living it's very difficult to access their services. Open hours of 9:30am till 4pm weekdays only is useless for me and I dare say a large number of your other clients. I end up having to go to the post off to deposit money into my account.
Lovely staff at this branch. I'm only leaving the bank as all my local branch have been closed. If this branch was 20 miles closer, I would be staying with Virgin. The staff are helpful, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure customers money is safe!
The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely. Very patient with me and put me at ease. Thank you keep doing what you do. 😊
