I just wanted to share how amazing my experience always is with this salon. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re made to feel so welcome and completely at ease. It’s clear how much the team genuinely care about their clients. Frankie’s training courses are so well prepared/organised and put together, and she manages to make the entire day feel relaxed, enjoyable, and most importantly stress-free. She explains everything clearly, supports you every step of the way, and creates a space where you can ask anything without feeling silly or judged. The whole team is so supportive; all the girls in the salon are always there to help, offer advice, or just give you a confidence boost when you need it. I can’t recommend them enough.
