House of Lashes & Brows

I absolutely love coming to House of Brows and lashes, I usually come for my eyebrow and eyelash treatments with Sara, which are always amazing and I leave the salon feeling a million bucks. Today, I also decided to include some gel nails with extensions in the treatment and it was my first time doing it here, and I have to say Vivi absolutely blew my mind, her professionalism and friendliness put me immediately at ease, plus her advice was invaluable! I would recommend and encourage anyone and everyone to come here as this is a top notch salon, with incredible staff and incredible service. Thanks a lot ladies at House of Brows and Lashes for all the pampering and for making me feel a million bucks each and every time😊

I paid for a full set of lashes when I did not receive that at all. When I booked my appointment I informed that I will be running late due to work finishing late and me being stuck with clients. I said I would be 10 mins late approx which I was. After my lashes were done which I was not entirely happy with as they were way too short. And just not like the fresh set of lashes you expect. I was told I was late so it’s my fault as the lady carrying out my treatment had to go home understandable okay… Then I was asked to pay £78 which I was furious about. I asked why so much I was told it was a 2 hour appointment though just about 1.5hrs if that were spent on my lashes and looked like they needed an Infill. I refused to pay as last time I paid an extortionate amount for my botched brows. It was my first bad experience with this salon prior to my brows everything had been fine. This was the second time I was having this bad experience. I told the lady that did my lashes that I would not pay for a full set as I did not get a full set. If she had stayed longer and given me the full set I would pay but she could not I understand. She called her boss who was outright rude and said I had to pay, I refused and said that I would not be paying full price she said I had to pay for the time that I was late! Now that’s a big joke to me. Their lashes are over priced as they are. If they did not have capacity they should have refused the appointment. The lady put the owner of the salon on the phone to me who was extremely rude and said I always have a problem. I explained that to be incorrect I said I was not happy last time when the owner herself did my brows yet I only made her aware and still paid the full price for without refusing to pay. But the fact that she was now telling me I was the problem infuriated me. She said I could have my lashes removed so my time a customer doesn’t mean anything ? She then refused to speak with me and phone was passed. She was rude to her employee as I could hear her. She wanted her to remove my lashes when she was due to go home. (None of this was time wasting). Anyways to cut it short I offered to pay £70 lol as there was no resolution to this. I paid the money in cash which the owner agreed to and left. I would highly suggest people do their research before using this place. The owner is actually horrible and rude. Her employees on the other hand are quite nice and reasonable. If you want a good job with good customer service and a fair price do your research. I can escalate this review further but I shall leave it to this for now. Response to your false reply … you are accusing me of things that did not happen. Is that what you have to do to save your reputation?! That’s funny to me as a business owner you are very unprofessional that can be seen by your response. I’ve always sung praises of your staff especially Victoria and even Krystyna though she’s never treated me for anything. Only negative thing I said what about you joleita not sure how your name is spelt so excuse me for that. But you were the only person I complained about and that was about your brow work. Because it was well below standard and I am entitled to my opinion. If I pay for a service or treatment I am allowed to speak my mind on the outcome as that is how I felt I was not satisfied. So making you aware of that is not a bad thing in fact if you were professional you would take it on the chin and use it as a learning curve but nothing better is expected of you. In regards to me making your employee uncomfortable she had a word or two to say about you as well so at this point I’m not sure who is lying out of the two of you. I would never step foot in your lousy salon. It’s below standard yet overpriced. I used your salon for Victorias work that’s it. Ever since you treated me things went down hill. You lie a lot as well I think you’ve mistaken it was you shouting down the phone at me and at your employee! I don’t raise my voice so don’t accuse me of such things.

I was very happy with my service, very friendly and welcoming professionals. Took care of me and gave good advice. Definitely will be returning and will also recommend to my friends x

I’ve been coming to house of brows and lashes for 18 months now. The ladies here are wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience. It started with natural lash extensions, then it was brow tint and shape, dermaplanning and now BIAB manicures. Jodie is amazing at what she does. Always walk away with amazing brows and nails! Shout out to Ivana, she’s awesome!

They always pay attention to clients comfort and are really gentle. They also have a great customer service.
