First time visiting the salon today after it being recommended to me by a friend and I went to see Pheobe for eyebrow lamination and Russian eyelashes.. and I’m so glad I took the plunge I am literally obsessed with them! I’ve not attended a salon in over 10 years due to always feeling uncomfortable, however today I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. The salon itself is absolutely stunning and the girls are so so lovely! I’m excited to come back for follow up appointments! X
Hands down the best in the business! From the very first time we met, I instantly clicked with Phoebe. She’s amazing at what she does, not only because of her incredible skills, but also because you can tell she truly loves her work. Such a wonderful person and now a friend. I actually look forward to my infill appointments just to see my favorite person 💕
I go to Muse for my hair and my nails and the girls who I see there, Maia & Ruby, always do such an amazing job! I come out of every appointment feeling my best self! They’re so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! I’d highly recommend these lovely ladies to anyone!
Honestly the best customer service here. All of the staff are so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and all include you in all convos. Such a lovely environment and my hair always looks so so perfect afterwards. Would 100% recommend
I’ve been going to Muse for all my beauty treatments since they opened, (gone to Emilia for my lashes since 2022) and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! The girls are so welcoming, professional, and genuinely talented at what they do. The salon itself is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere, you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. Not an appointment has gone by that I haven’t been offered a selection of drinks, or had my coat taken🥰 They always take the time to make sure everything is perfect. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do!!!! Always go above and beyond! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality beauty treatment! 💖
