Kinga is literally the nails-queen!! Her knowledge, attention to detail are just on point!! She’s always happy to help if you don’t know what kind of designs/color you want and most importantly she is so sweet and kind!! i am so damn happy I have found Kinga and Powder Room is so lucky to have her as a part of their team 💕

The absolute best pamper place. I had a back massage followed by an Elemis facial by Caitlin. She is an excellent therapist. It was 90 mins of pure bliss. Caitlin’s technique is just perfect for making you feel relaxed and cared for. It really feels as though she cares about making sure that I am enjoying my treatment and feel pampered and looked after. This is my second treatment from Caitlin and she just keeps getting better. Claire has been doing my brows for 10 years now and I wouldn’t let anyone else near them! She’s a genius. Best salon, best pamper.

I've been here 3 times now and I love it! Excellent customer service, friendly professional and polite staff. The services are great I've had nails, eyebrows and a spray tan each one was perfect. Loved my nails can't wait to get them done again! The environment is just so welcoming and the girls are lovely! Thanks a lot 😊

Had a brow sculpt done recently and was super pleased with the result! Will definitely be returning! The lady who did them was super friendly and the salon was very contious of cov-id guidelines!! Highly recommend.

Known Claire since 2012 she did my wedding make up which was beautiful. Been back to salon over the years for pamper parties, massages, shellac nails and toes and now microblading 1st class service everytime such a pretty salon with great staff.
