First time buying a car for myself and Steve and Dave i believe served me and made it the easiest experience. They were brilliant from start to finish, i called my car Cherry and they even went as far as to getting me a cherry sticker for it which was a lovely add on! They also kept me in the loop with the cars updates and as an impatient and excited person, this really helped! Even the service team have been great for helping me sort any slight issues with the car and fitting me in asap. Will be returning but hopefully not for a long whole yet!

Have just picked up my Nissan x trail from 1st car and as normal as this is my 3 plus car from them I was not disappointed. The sales person Steve is very helpful and took care of every detail in a professional manner. My car was well detailed and shiny shame it was raining....Once again Thank you and I know we will do business in the future. Highly recommend

Went to view a couple of times, dealt with Dave. Absolutely no pressure at all. Had a test drive, left to view other cars, no issues with this. Went back and bought the car. They did a full mot including 4 new tyres and a service. I took out a package for 2 years service, mot, valet etc which I thought was a good deal. Very happy with the experience. Had looked at so many cars so to finally buy ones hassle free was a relief! All staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Drove five hours from wales to pick up a C class estate from these guys, i asked lots of questions and natrually wanted alot of reasurrance the car was of a excellent standard, as its a long way to travel I was really impressed with the service i had, polite, friendly and offered refreshments on arrival. The car was to the standard they promised, all relevent work had been carried out, fresh 12 months mot and service with evidence provided. Excellent service, working in corporate sector, service like this ist always easy to find. Thanks for a great customer experiance

I paid £8,750 for a car from them, and just one week later I started having issues with the gearbox and clutch. I took it back to them, but their so-called mechanic said “everything is fine.” Clearly, it’s not fine. The car drives terribly and now I have to spend another £200 to fix something that should’ve been sorted before they even sold it. This whole experience has been a complete nightmare. The customer service is awful, they take no responsibility for their mistakes, and once they’ve got your money, they simply don’t care. Avoid this place at all costs. I deeply regret buying my car here.
