I recently purchased a car, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the experience was fantastic. Disappointing! We saw a car advertised and arranged a time/date to view. Arrived on time to find the car blocked in and tyres looking flat, not ready for a test drive. We got out to have a look around it but no one came out to greet us. If you’re expecting a sale, get the little things right i.e. pump tyres up, give it a valet and replace missing dust caps. Didn’t give us confidence that they might have got the bigger things right.. so we walked away. Only bonus was that we hadn’t driven too far!
Good comms to start with. Car was filthy when received (long distance delivery) Agreed to pay for valet. Blanked me when I asked for reimbursement. Constant asking for good Google reviews. Car appears to have had a very shady repair job. Cheap car but dishonest service. Here’s your Google reviews DO BETTER
Avoid!! Sold me & my Disabled partner a Faulty Car which was nearly 5k! We only had it 2 weeks & it broke! Took the car back & they said they would fix it! They didn’t even look at it!.. They wernt interested & wanted ME to pay to fix there faulty car!.. they’re an absolute disgrace!.. Be Very Very Careful if you buy anything from this garage! I got a refund eventually but not for the full amount! They kept £500!!. Unfortunately my partner passed away before I got the money back. Pftt never again!
Worst place ever. Selling a car via Autotrader. I agreed finance with seperate finance company but big bobs wouldn’t even do there part to sell the car, very strange… this lasted a full week. Dont answer calls, pretty much do nothing. Why sell a car but then not sell it, I even turned up to the dealership and they said we don’t deal with this and sent me elsewhere but there was nowhere else to go, completely wasted my time, feeling very angry about this
