I called in to Car 4 U looking for a cheap mid sized second car. We were shown several cars that met our requirements an immaculate Ford c max, with full service history took our attention. We took it for a test drive, and there was no high-pressure sales talk. We were given a new 12-month advisory free MOT, a full service, and a guarantee. Everything as promised we were totally delighted with the service we received and are very happy with the car. I would definitely use this company again.
A very helpful and genuine buying experience. We would certainly use this company again to buy future vehicles. In addition to my original post I would like to add that following unexpected problems with the car we purchased from Chris his after sales service was fantastic. He tried to find us a suitable replacement but when unable to, he offered us a full refund willingly. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Chris
I got the impression that Chris was a genuine guy. He was very knowledgeable on the Meriva we were interested in but not once did I pick up any hard sell tactics which you get at most car dealers. After a test drive we bought it and picked it up a few days later after Chris had arranged for it to be serviced and a new mot put on. The whole process was a pleasant experience and we are very satisfied with the service he gave. Thanks Chris. Don and Kim.
I was not looking forward to finding a new car, as it was not a planned purchase, but Chris made the whole process as simple as it could be. Great service, not pushy at all and our family would not hesitate in buying from Chris again.
