I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Car World. From the moment I walked in, Joanna and Lee was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car, not just making a sale. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and never pushing me into anything I wasn’t sure about. The car itself was spotless, fully serviced, and exactly as described. It’s been running perfectly since day one, and it’s clear they take real pride in the quality of the vehicles they sell. A big shoutout to Joanna and Lee for going above and beyond, great communication, honest advice, and brilliant aftercare. I’d highly recommend Car World to anyone looking for a reliable car and a trustworthy garage. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next one!

Bought a car from Lee and Jo after being recommended by a few people. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble by all involved and the part ex price for my old old car was a good price. The car has been fantastic and had it a year now, and I know full well even if there was a problem in the time, it would be sorted for me. Would highly recommend to future buyers. Writing this on behalf of my daughter Alex, "This was my very 1st car, being still a teenager, and it's a big step in your life and it's important to get it right! Jo and Lee assisted me through every step and not at any point did I feel pressurised in anyway to make a snap decision/purchase. One car did catch my eye and I was shown the vehicle in great detail and they were more than happy for me to have it inspected by an experienced/qualified mechanic. After taking advice, I did purchase the car and they took a minimal deposit until it was serviced & a fresh MOT issued, and advisories made good. It was also expressed to me to ring back at anytime if I had further questions or indeed, if I wanted to change my mind!? I feel it's important to point out that some unscrupulous showrooms would see a young female and try and exploit this situation (as you could imagine!!) but this couldn't of been further from the truth at Carworld Hull as I was treated with the upmost respect throughout the process and would highly recommend Jo and Lee to any young driver making their 1st purchase or indeed any customer wanting to upgrade their car. Jo even went to the post office for me to do my tax and applied for my log book!!! Bought two cars from here in the past and the service is always impeccable. Nothing’s a bother; Kev is very helpful and approachable. All of my family go to Car World for their cars because you know exactly what you’re getting and for very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a vauxhall viva from car world, it had a fault with the back window heater. It got repaired without hesitation and Kevin picked it up from where I work and brought it back when it was all fixed so no running around to do. This is my second car we have got from them. Great family run business and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.
