Absolutely fantastic from the group of lads here. Bought a car back in June, any issues they happily sorted. Great friendly staff with a good selection of cars, hard to look anywhere else really.

Fantastic customer service from Tony ,Couldn't have been any more helpful .From start to finish he kept me updated on everything and was very thorough. Very attentive to detail and made sure I was happy with everything before I became the proud owner of this Dacia stepway . I received the Car on finance and within two hours of applying I received communications from both finance company and Tony to say I had been accepted ,couldn't fault anything . If you want excellent honest service then look no further .I will certainly be using Pick-a-car again and will be highly recommending 5/5. To top it of Tony had gone out his way to tax my new wheels and put some fuel in to get me on my way .Was certainly a thoughtful gesture. I would also like to thank his son and his team for thier hard work, every key detail was checked and the car was spotless when I drove off. Thank you again Tony for a very warm welcome and brilliant customer service . You have made me and my family so happy having access to a car again and been able to take the kids out of town . Fantastic experience Tony absolute gent delivered the car to my home even lent me a car whilst mine was ready so I could continue working had a slight issue 14 months later Tony sorted the problem out next day for me would highly recommend Pickacar excellent service no hard sell true gentleman

Bought a skoda from them in March this year,was promised a second key,full service history and a window switch,plus money towards the cambelt as he couldn't guarantee it had been done.Despite numerous visits, phone calls and emails none of which materialised.They were very enthusiastic about selling me the car, obviously, however once sold over several months of communication on my part they were all chat and no action.AVOID unless you get everything in writing before you hand over your money.

I bought my first car from pick-a-car and the customer service has been fantastic. The car was only delivered to the garage the day I bought it and was ready within a week to collect after a few repairs that included all new tires. The car has no issues and came with a 12 month MOT and 6 month warranty. I feel very lucky to have found an affordable car thats in great condition, it's hard to find nowadays and I know I'm in good hands. Tony will go above and beyond as he has been in the business for many years and you can tell with the service you get. Thank you for making my first experience of buying a car a great one.
