Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hull East

It was my first time to hire a car from companies,I never hired the car before and I was a bit nervous I did choose Enterprise yesterday and the staff members were really nice and friendly and they explained everything to me and they gave me the best service definitely I will choose Enterprise again the branch was 440-442 Holderness Road-Hull thanks for everything.

We had to hire a car one way from Birmingham to Hull to catch the ferry as our plane was cancelled. Unfortunately I selected the incorrect Enterprise location to return the car. I spoke to Alastair from this agency who was so understanding and helpful, and allowed us to drop the car off at their location. He also organised for Amilee, who was delightful, to drop us off at the ferry terminal. I thank them with all of my heart as we were stressed and frustrated after plane cancellation and plans going south and they were so accommodating.

Wouldn’t trust this firm, I looked online before processing and the language used seems I will be getting £40 while enterprise gets £15 , i cancelled today and reservation is for Thursday morning. However once I initiated the cancellation I was then able to know that it’s £15 to me and £40.66 to enterprise. I would avoid the is organisation going forward

Amelie and George looked after us really well. We were upgraded to a better car after an issue with the first one and we had a very comfortable journey. We chose the pick up and drop off service which was very convenient. I would recommend Holderness Road Enterprise because if on the off chance there is an issue, they will work hard to quickly resolve it for you.

Great staff, no issues with the car. Whether I spoke to staff over the phone or in person they were polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this branch at Hull East.
